After washing the potatoes, put them in water, boil on high heat and turn to low heat and cook for about 10 minutes until cooked;

Drain it out and squeeze it with the palm of your hand;

Sprinkle with salt and crushed black pepper, add a teaspoon of olive oil and mix well;

Arrange the potatoes on the baking tray and sprinkle with chopped herbs;
5.
Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, turning it over once in the middle.
