1. After washing the potatoes, put them in water, boil on high heat and turn to low heat and cook for about 10 minutes until cooked;

2. Drain it out and squeeze it with the palm of your hand;

3. Sprinkle with salt and crushed black pepper, add a teaspoon of olive oil and mix well;

4. Arrange the potatoes on the baking tray and sprinkle with chopped herbs;

5. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, turning it over once in the middle.

Tips:

~~ Tips: It is best to use small new potatoes, with thin skin and yellow flesh, which taste better.
