Then start the fermentation program (the fermentation program of my bread machine is 1 hour and 30 minutes, the first 20 minutes is for kneading, and the next 1 hour and 10 minutes is for fermentation), the glove film will appear after 20 minutes (the bread machine is covered)

Tips:
1: Because the water absorption of flour is different, the amount of milk should be increased or decreased according to the water absorption of flour.
2: The temperature should also be adjusted according to the temper of your own oven.
3: When making caterpillar eyes, you can dip some water on your fingers, it is easy to stick sesame seeds on your hands, which is easier to operate. Vegetable oil can also choose other oils with a small smell
4: Do not cover the dough during mixing, and use iced milk and eggs to extend the fermentation time, and the dough will be more prone to filming. Remember to cover the fermentation.
