This cake was made on my mother-in-law’s birthday. Considering that the elderly are more suitable for eating creamy fruits, it just happens to have strawberries in this season. It is really good to use it for filling and decoration.
Ingredients:
8-inch round chiffon cake base: 5 eggs, 100 grams of low-gluten flour, 69 grams of corn oil, 79 grams of milk, fine sugar (30 grams for egg yolk), and fine sugar (60 grams for egg white)
For spreading: 600 grams of Anjia whipped cream, 60 grams of caster sugar. Interlayer: Strawberries cut into small pieces. Appropriate amount of surface decoration: strawberries, cherries, mangoes, silver beads"

3. Add fine sugar to the egg yolk and stir well

4. Add corn oil and mix well until there is no oil slick

9. The remaining 40 grams of fine sugar is added when the egg whites have small bubbles and shallow lines on the surface, and whipped until the whisk has an upright short sharp corner.

10. Take 1/3 of the egg white into the egg yolk paste and stir well, then pour it back into the egg white bowl and stir evenly

11. Pour the mixed cake batter into an 8-inch round mold, shake twice to remove large bubbles

12. Put it into the penultimate layer of the oven preheated at 150°C, 145°C, 60 minutes, and cover with tin foil in the middle of the color. The baked cake is immediately shaken twice and downturned to cool down and then demoulded for later use.

13. For spreading: Anjia whipped cream 600g, fine sugar 60g whipped cream, add fine sugar, electric whisk until the lines are obvious, and the touch is a little hard.

20. Surface decoration: strawberries, cherries, mangoes, silver beads, birthday cards, just decorate them with fruits. If you don't eat it right away, refrigerate immediately, and the animal cream will melt.

Tips:

1 The cream used in the ingredients is healthy animal cream, which is not good for shape. If you want to eat healthy and beautiful, you have to be simple and generous, just simply decorate the flowers.
2 Animal cream is more likable, keep it in the refrigerator after making it, and take it whenever you use it when decorating and wiping the noodles.
