The pork chops can be marinated briefly, fried or deep-fried. They are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. They are fragrant and drizzled with black pepper sauce. Eat them while they are hot. It tastes great! I bought 6 pieces of pork chops in total, and the two of them ate 4 pieces at noon. In the evening, my son asked to eat more. He added potatoes to the sauce that was not finished at noon and turned it into black pepper potato pork chop rice. The two of them finished eating again. It was delicious. Yeah! Now there are ready-made seasoning powders and sauces to buy, so convenient!
