Tips:
1. I made the cheese with yogurt without adding sugar, so it is not too sweet. Please adjust the amount of cheese filling sugar and milk according to your needs. Add milk little by little and beat the cheese until it is smooth.
2. Milk powder for surface decoration I use children's formula milk powder for children. I don't want my children to eat too sweet, so there is no sugar. You can add some powdered sugar according to your taste.
3. I also make homemade yogurt. It is very thick and feels a bit dry when making the noodles, so I added about 10g of filtered whey when making the noodles. Please adjust the amount of yogurt according to your actual situation and reserve about 10g for adjustment. The water absorption of flour is different, and the amount of yogurt is also different.
4. Mixing flour and salad oil by hand can make the chef machine work more efficiently. Because the salad oil is liquid, the chef machine will mix the dough and oil for a longer time. If you knead it by hand, it will improve the chef machine's performance. Efficiency, if you use butter, you don’t have to.
5. Cheese I used 600g of homemade yogurt to get 160g of cheese. I feel that the loss is still relatively large, and I am ready to buy the finished product directly.
