Because the glutinous rice paper will adhere to the whipped cream, the joints between the glutinous rice paper and the cream will be wrinkled, which will affect the appearance.
2. When drawing, the technique must be light, and the hands must be lifted up and kept at 90 degrees with the cake body as much as possible to avoid touching the filled place.
3. Chocolate sauce can be bought ready-made, or it can be melted with chocolate and 50% whipped cream.
4. After all the filling is completed, use the chocolate sauce to trace the outline again and thicken it to make it look more three-dimensional.
5. The whipped cream must be refrigerated before whipping. If the temperature is high, it should be sent over ice water.
