Tips:
1. The adsorptive power of flour is different. Adjust the amount of liquid according to the changes of the dough when mixing the dough to reach a satisfactory state.
2. The dough must be kneaded out of the film, the state of the film should be thin and strong. Don't make toast if it's not up to this state, even if it's baked, the texture will still be much inferior.
