4. Put all the ingredients in the main ingredient except butter into the bread machine, and start the dough mixing program.

5. After a program is over, add softened butter and start the kneading program again until the dough comes out of the film. Round the dough, put it in a clean container, cover it with plastic wrap, and carry out the first fermentation.

6. Then knead the original dough, 90 grams of high-gluten flour, 42 grams of milk, 10 grams of soft white sugar, 1 gram of salt, 1 gram of yeast, and 6 grams of egg liquid in the auxiliary materials. Put it into the bread machine and start the dough mixing program.

7. After a program is over, add 8 grams of softened butter, start the kneading program again, until the dough comes out of film. Round the dough, put it in a clean container, cover it with plastic wrap, and carry out the first fermentation.

8. Make coconut filling when the dough is fermented, and melt 50 grams of butter in water. Add 40 grams of soft white sugar and stir well.

9. Add an egg and stir well.

10. Add 100 grams of minced coconut and stir well.

11. Add 15 grams of milk powder and stir well.

12. Put it in the refrigerator and chill for 30 minutes. If there is remaining coconut filling, put it in the refrigerator and freeze.
