Since I came into contact with food, let alone from time to time, I really like to mix and match various colors to make food look rich, special, and delicious. Children like it, and family likes it. It feels that life has become more emotional because of the different colors.
Today this bread looks dark, with good nutrition and easy to use. "

#aca Fourth Session Baking Contest# Making Pornographic Toast with Black Sesame Seeds

1. Prepare the required ingredients: 260 grams of high-precision flour, 40 grams of black sesame seeds, 40 grams of egg liquid, 3 grams of yeast, 4 grams of salt, 30 grams of fine sugar, 25 grams of butter, and 150 grams of milk.

2. Beat the black sesame seeds into powder.

3. Pour high-precision flour, black sesame powder, egg liquid, salt, and fine sugar into a container.

4. Pour the milk into the container while stirring.

5. Live the dough in the container into a ball, and it does not need to be too smooth.

6. Put the dough in the bread machine and stir.

7. Stir until the dough is elastic to pull out a thick film.

8. Add butter and yeast and stir.

9. Stir until a thin film can be pulled out.

10. Ferment in a warm place to about 2 times the size.

11. Take out the fermented dough and press it flat to expel the air in it.

12. Divide evenly into thirds.

13. Take one of them and roll it out.

14. Roll up from one end.

15. Put it in a toast box.

16. Preheat the oven at 160°C for two minutes in advance, put it in the middle and lower oven at 160°C and bake for 40 minutes.

Tips:

1. Black sesame seeds are not broken, it is recommended to break them, so that it will be easier to blend into the dough.
2. The materials can also be mixed directly in the bread bucket in the order of solids on top and liquids on the bottom. For the test, I will put them in the container and make the dough first to control the amount of liquid.
3. The temperature can be adjusted according to your own oven conditions, and a piece of tin foil can be added to the top when baking to prevent the top of the toast from being overly colored.
