The ribs are chopped into smaller pieces, which I prepared are two inches long. No need to blanch water, clean it, and control the moisture.

Plan to chop, don't cut into the final shape, but granular. Put the sweet noodle sauce, pepper, olive oil, and oyster sauce in a large bowl and mix well.

Put the prepared sauce and garlic diced into the ribs

Mix well and seal well. Pickle for at least 2 hours. You can make it in the refrigerator overnight.

Take out the marinated ribs and put them in a baking tray. Pour all the sauce in the basin on the ribs. Spread tin foil on the ordinary baking tray.

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees, put the upper and lower fire, the middle layer of the baking pan, cover the surface of the baking pan with tin foil and bake for 20 minutes

After 20 minutes, remove the tin foil, turn the oven up and down to 200 degrees, and bake for about 15 minutes.
Tips:
I use a non-stick baking pan, and ordinary baking pans should be covered with tin foil.
The ribs should be marinated for at least 2 hours, and can be cooked in the refrigerator overnight.
I think the saltiness of the sauce and oyster sauce is enough, no salt is added, and a little salt can be added for heavy taste.
