Put milk, sugar, salt, olive oil into the bottom of the bread bucket, add high flour and yeast on top

Start the dough-making process for 30 minutes

Take out the dough, roll it into a piece about 0.5cm thick, and cut it into a neat rectangle

Roll the strips into small sticks and spray a little water (you can also stick the sesame seeds directly without rubbing them. During operation, the remaining noodles should be covered with plastic wrap to prevent them from drying out)

Place in a baking tray, spray a little water on the bread sticks, and cover with plastic wrap. Fufa for 20 minutes (it’s a good time for haircut in summer, but it should be extended properly in winter)

Into the preheated oven. Fire up and down, 180 degrees, middle level, 18-20 minutes (the bread stick should be sprayed with a little water on the surface before entering the oven)

Completely cooled, sealed and stored
Tips:
1: The reason why the dough is put into the refrigerator to relax after forming is to prevent the yeast from premature fermentation to produce gas and increase the difficulty of early action.
2: The thickness of the noodle sticks should be the same, otherwise the degree of influence to the baking is consistent.
3: Spray water before the breadsticks are put into the oven, so that the baked breadsticks will become crispy and not easy to paste.
4: The temperature of the oven is for reference only, and should be adjusted according to the temper of your own oven.
5: The width and length of the bread sticks can be adjusted according to your own preferences.
6: There is no olive oil, it can be replaced with sunflower oil.
