Wash the oysters and open the shell with a knife. You can prepare a clean cloth, cover the oysters with the cloth in one hand, and open the knife in the other. Be careful.

Put tin foil and oysters in the baking dish.

Garlic, chili, and shallots are all finely chopped. Put them together in a container. Add vegetable oil and soy sauce and stir together.

Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice on the oysters (if none can be omitted), spread the toppings evenly on the meat.

Heat the oven up and down at 200 degrees. Depending on the size of the oysters, bake for 10-12 minutes. Take the oyster juice boiling and bubbling as the standard, too long to be old.
