Steamed Oysters with Garlic

6 oysters, 1 garlic, 25g green onions
1g salt, 3g millet pepper, 10g cooking wine

Take out the oysters after washing

Sprinkle in salt and cooking wine, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes

Raise the frying pan, pour the minced garlic and sauté
5.
Refill the marinated oysters in the shell and drizzle with garlic
