Oyster Cabbage Soup

Prepare the materials.

Put water and ginger slices in the pot. After the water boils, add the washed and cut cabbage and cook for about 2 minutes.

Pour in the washed oysters.
4.
Pour a little cooking wine and white vinegar.
5.
Pour in pepper and some salt and cook for 2 minutes
6.
Pour in the chopped green onion at the end.
Tips:
1. Don't cook the oysters for too long, just shrink slightly.
2. Oysters and celery cannot be eaten together.
3. Atractylodes macrocephala and cabbage can not be eaten together: the same food will cause physical discomfort.
