I use the inner pot of a rice cooker to make a container, and it is sterilized by boiling it at 100 degrees.

Pour all the remaining milk into the container, add 33g fine sugar, and stir evenly in a circular motion until there are no obvious particles (the amount of sugar can be increased as appropriate, I like lighter sweetness)

Seal the container with tin foil. Because bifidobacteria is anaerobic, I personally think tin foil is better than cling film. The oven is set to 45 degrees, the fermentation mode, the time is set to "ON" (normally open), and the door is opened after 10 hours. The watch interrupts its fermentation in the middle (I start after dinner and finish when I wake up after sleep, the fermentation time should be at least 6-8 hours)
