Homemade Yogurt

1. The container is cleaned and boiled for about 10 times for disinfection.

2. Take it out to dry (you can also put it in an oven at 100 degrees to dry for secondary disinfection).

3. Pour sugar and a carton of milk into the pot (the pot has been sterilized).

4. Heat on low heat until the sugar melts.

5. Pour in the remaining milk.

6. Sprinkle the powder evenly (sprinkle the powder with one hand and stir with the other).

7. Pour 2/3 of each bottle first.

8. Then shake the pot to fill up the rest (to prevent uneven bacterial powder).

9. Close the lid.

10. Put it in the bread maker.

11. Start the yogurt program.

12. Store in the refrigerator after 7 hours of solidification.

13. It tastes better when refrigerated overnight.

14. Appreciation of the finished product.
