After making up the dough, you can pull out a piece at will to make it into a thin film. Make up the dough, put it back in the bread bucket and continue to ferment, or ferment at room temperature for 1 hour

When the dough is well formed, press a small hole and it will not collapse or shrink.

Take out the dough and let it loose for 10 minutes

Tips:
The oven time is adjusted according to the performance of my own oven. When I bake and make bread at home, I usually use corn oil. I think it has lower calories. If you like the taste of butter, you can replace corn oil with the same amount of butter.
