When the egg whites are being beaten, the oven is set to 160 degrees to preheat. The ACAGT400 I used, the oven will beep when the preheating is complete.

Tips:
I use very little sugar, but it does not affect the overall effect of the biscuits, just a very light sweetness. If you like sweetness, you can add the amount of sugar to 30-50 grams.
