Ingredients: 1 egg, 65ml yogurt, 65ml corn oil, 2ml honey, 60g powdered sugar, 180g flour, 1/8 tsp baking powder, 1/8 tsp baking soda, moderate amount of coarse sugar

Pour eggs, yogurt, and oil into a bowl,

Stir well.

Add powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda,

Stir well.

Add the flour one by one,

Mix well to form a soft dough, cover with plastic wrap, and allow for 1 hour.

Roll out into a large dough piece about 0.5 cm thick,

Use a mold to print out the shape.

Sprinkle coarse granulated sugar on the surface.

Place in the baking tray,

Put it in the oven, in the middle layer, fire up and down at 180-200 degrees, bake for about 20-30 minutes.

Tips:
Don't add the flour all at once, add it one by one until the dough reaches the ideal state.
The shape of the biscuit can be changed as you like.
The baking time and temperature need to be adjusted according to the actual situation of the oven.
