I used to pack Jiaxing rice dumplings. I haven't tried the local Zongzi in Cixi. Try it with a pound of glutinous rice today. After experiencing it, I feel that this zongzi saves cotton yarn, and the zong leaves are not very demanding. It can be two stacked or a long zong leaf. The wrapping method is similar to that of Jiaxing rice dumplings, but the binding is different.

Tips:

1. The ingredients must be fully soaked so that the cooked rice dumplings will not leak.
2. There is no limit to the binding method, but it is very convenient to untie this binding method.
