Adzuki Bean, Barley, Winter Melon Soup

1. Winter melon.

2. Pork bones.

3. Chixiaodou, barley rice.

4. Soak the red beans and barley in boiling water for half an hour.

5. The pig bones are blanched and picked up.

6. Put the pork bones and soaked adzuki bean and barley in a casserole, add a proper amount of water to a boil over high heat.
