Affectionate Brownie

The butter is softened at room temperature, cut into small pieces with the dark chocolate, and put in a bowl.

Heat it over water and keep stirring until it melts into a liquid state, and let it cool to about 30 degrees on the side.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put in fresh walnuts and roast for 5 minutes, roast the aroma, take it out and let cool, and cut into pieces.

Knock the eggs into a bowl and lightly beat them up, without making any foam.

Add caster sugar and mix well.

Add a few drops of vanilla extract and mix well.

Pour the cooled chocolate sauce into the egg mixture and mix well.

Sift in high-gluten flour, mix well, don't over-mix.

Pour in the chopped walnuts and mix well.

Spread a thin layer of butter on the inner wall of the mold, pour into the chocolate batter, 6 or 7 minutes full, 180 degrees, about 30 minutes. Take it out and let it cool, then cut into small pieces after demoulding.
