Agaricus Blazei Germinated Brown Rice Porridge-improve Immunity, Detoxify and Fight Cancer

After washing the brown rice, add an appropriate amount of water to soak until it germinates. The germination time varies according to the temperature. Generally speaking, the water is changed every 24 hours for 24 hours in summer, 72 hours in winter, and every 12 hours in summer.
