Agaricus blazei Murrill is a kind of saprophytic fungus that grows in summer. It lives in a high-temperature, humid, and ventilated environment. Its fruiting bodies are thick, with oblate to hemispherical caps, and fragments of fungal curtains on the edges of the caps. The flesh is thick and soft. With almond scent, crisp and smooth.

Agaricus Blazei Stew with Lean Gravy

1. Cut lean meat into pieces, slice ginger, and remove pits from red dates for later use.

2. Rinse with water and set aside

3. Put all the ingredients together in the stewing pot and add appropriate amount of water.

4. Turn on and simmer for 2 to 3 hours.

5. After the stew, add salt to taste.

Tips:

If there is no Agaricus blazei, you can use tea tree mushroom or winter mushroom; the water for the stew is best to use water that can be directly drunk.
