Fried Rice with Seasonal Vegetables

Peas, corn ready, carrots, potatoes diced

Mince the meat and add the light soy sauce, marinate in a little cooking wine for 30 minutes

Heat oil in a pot and pour corn, peas, carrots, potatoes

Stir-fry the fire continuously, then pour in the marinated diced lamb

Stir-fry until all ingredients are fully cooked

Tips:
If you don’t have five-spice powder, you can leave it alone. Cut carrots and potatoes as thinly as possible to make them easier to fry.
