Agaricus Stewed Chicken

Soak the Agaricus blazei in advance, chop the chicken into pieces, and blanch it for later use.

Pour the water of soaking matsutake mushrooms into the soup pot, add the blanched chicken nuggets, add the ginger slices, and bring to a boil on high heat.

Simmer on low heat for about an hour.

Add Agaricus blazei after an hour and continue to simmer for about half an hour.
5.
Turn off the heat and add a little salt.
Tips:
Heart-warming reminder: I use local chicken, this chicken soup is only fragrant. The Agaricus blazei is cleaned in advance, soaked, and then the chicken is stewed with the water soaked.
