Seasonal Vegetable Quiche

Blanch the vegetables for 2 minutes and the carrots for 5 minutes.

Remove the stems and chop the greens.

Dice carrots.

The chicken is cooked in a hot pot under cold water.

Stir the eggs.

Pour diced carrots, chopped vegetables, and chopped chicken into the egg mixture.
7.
Brush the pan with oil and turn on a low heat.
8.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and flatten it.
9.
Fry on the surface until solidified, just turn it over.
