Ai is no stranger to suffering, dryness and puffiness, and can regulate qi and blood and warm meridians. Today, I tried to make a steamed bun with fresh wormwood grated. It tastes good!

Ai Ye Mantou

1. Clean fresh mugwort leaves for later use!

2. Superheat the washed mugwort!

3. Grind the watered mugwort leaves!

4. Add yeast powder and ground wormwood to the flour and knead it into a dough and leave it for 1-2 hours!

5. Knead the fermented dough into a steamed bun shape, leave it for about 20 minutes, put it in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes!
