Air Fryer Version Sweet Milk Toast Pudding

Two slices of toast, one egg, about 150ml milk, appropriate amount of blackcurrant raisins, 20g sugar

First cut the toast slices into small pieces about 2 cm

Put milk, eggs and sugar into a bowl and mix well

Put a layer of raisins in a baking bowl, then a layer of toast blocks, pour a part of the milk and egg liquid over the toast blocks

Sprinkle a layer of raisins, spread a layer of toast cubes, pour the remaining milk and egg liquid into a baking bowl, sprinkle a few raisins on the surface

Joyoung Air Fryer preheats for 5 minutes, 180 degrees

Pull out the frying basket, put the baking bowl into the frying basket, and then push it back into the frying pan, 180 degrees for 15 minutes

The toasted milk toast pudding is browned and crispy on top

Tips:
If you want to make the taste more fragrant, you can add some light cream, or diced toast with butter and bake it in advance until it is browned; I personally think that the above ingredients are fragrant enough and low-fat;
The temperature should not be too high, 170-180 degrees is enough to prevent the surface from being burnt and the heart is unfamiliar;
It can be made in an oven, but be sure to use a baking pan and a bowl.
