All-purpose Bone Soup

Big Bones West Clean, put hot water to dry once, boil for 5 minutes, then rinse

Put it in the casserole

Add water, rock sugar, cooking wine, ginger, green onions, five-pointed star, boil on high heat, turn off the heat and simmer for 2 hours, if you have time, you can simmer more

After 2 hours, pick out the onions, add salt and pepper, and cook for 10 minutes.

Keep the cooked soup cold and put it in a cup, put it in the refrigerator and freeze it, and just take it out and thaw it when you want to eat it.

I filled 2 cups, I added water and some potatoes to cook the rest and eat it at night
Tips:
It’s best to have a disposable cup. If I don’t have one, put it in a glass cup and freeze it in the refrigerator. If you want to eat it, you can defrost it. If you want to eat a disposable cup, just tear the paper apart.
