Stewed Big Bone Soup

Peel and slice carrots, wash and drain the rapeseed

Slice the green onion diagonally, cut the ginger

Rinse the big bones with clean or warm water

Pour water into the pressure cooker and boil it open to scald the big bones to get rid of the blood

Boil the water again, put in the big bones, add green onions and ginger slices
6.
Then pour the cooking wine, turn the pot to medium heat and press for half an hour, turn off the heat
7.
After the pressure cooker is exhausted, open the pot, add the washed rapeseed and carrot slices, and bring to a boil, as long as the rapeseed is cooked. Just add refined salt when it comes out of the pot
