Cob Bone Soup
1.
Put the big bones in the soup pot, add water, blanch
2.
Remove the blanched big bones, wash them, and put them in a clean saucepan
3.
Add green onion, sliced ginger, star anise
4.
Add the right amount of water
5.
Bring to a boil, turn to medium and low heat and simmer for 1 hour
6.
Finally add salt to taste
7.
Put it in a soup bowl and start drinking.
Tips:
After the big bones have been blanched, wash them several times with running water.
