All Tofu

Soak the whole tofu in boiling water, remove and cut into pieces and set aside

Cut the garlic leaves diagonally! Sliced ginger and garlic cloves

Heat oil in the pot, low heat, put the prepared tofu cubes into the pot, and fry. Serve out and set aside for later use. If there is too little oil left in the pot, add a little more oil, heat up, add the prepared ginger, garlic, and bean paste, and stir fry.

Fry the bean paste to get the oil, put the fried tofu into the pot again, stir fry, don't use a shovel to turn over, it's best to stir the pot

Add a small amount of boiling water and pour it along the side of the pot. Cover the pot and simmer for two minutes. When the juice is collected, add the garlic leaves, and the fragrant tofu is ready.
