Stir the butter, powdered sugar, and egg liquid evenly.

Sift in low flour, knead into a slightly dry dough, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 1 hour.

Roll the dough into pieces of about 7 mm, and cut into strips about 7 mm wide and 10 cm long.

Pinch both ends of the strip, twist a few turns in the opposite direction, form a spiral pattern, and place it on a baking tray. Brush a layer of egg liquid other than the formula.

Put it in the preheated oven, heat up and down at 175 degrees, bake the middle layer for about 25 minutes, and the surface is slightly golden.

After being released from the oven, it is sealed and stored at room temperature.
Tips:
The taste of Alabang will be more crunchy and harder when the baking time is long, and the taste will be softer when the time is short. This can be adjusted according to personal preference.
