Almond Butter Cake
1.
The butter melts at room temperature, use a manual whisk until it is smooth, no need to beat, if the butter sticks to the whisk, just beat it a few times to make it fall into the bowl
2.
Add powdered sugar to the bowl and stir until smooth and no particles
3.
Add almond flour to the bowl and stir until it is smooth and no particles (almond flour is made from fresh apricots I bought in the market and used a food processor to make a powder. If you like a granular texture, you don't need to break it too much. The taste of the biscuit is made. Will have a different feeling on it)
4.
Add the sifted low-gluten flour to the bowl and scrape with flour to mix evenly to make it into the dough as shown in the picture below
5.
Wrap the dough in tin foil and put it in the refrigerator for 1~2 hours
6.
Knead the dough into a pattern you like, you can use different cookie molds~~ I like to knead a small ball like glutinous rice balls with my hands, and then put them on the baking tray and press them into small circles by hand, which is convenient and beautiful. Sprinkle some sesame on top to make it more fragrant~~
7.
Preheat the oven at 150° for 5 minutes, then bake the upper and lower pipes together at 150° for 20 minutes, turn over once during the period, and the delicious biscuits are out of the oven.
8.
This is the one with sesame seeds, it's as delicious~~
9.
It’s easy to store in a bag, and it’s also good as a gift~~
