Almond Chocolate Bar

Ingredients: 45 grams of butter, 50 grams of powdered sugar, 25 grams of eggs, 100 grams of low-gluten flour, 25 grams of almonds, 12 grams of cocoa powder, 1/8 tsp of baking soda

To soften the butter, add powdered sugar, mix well with a rubber spatula, add eggs in portions and mix well.

Tips:
This biscuit does not need to be whisked butter, it can be operated with a manual whisk or a rubber spatula.
