Almond Cocoa Shortbread

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Soften the butter, add egg yolk, powdered sugar, and beat with a whisk until smooth

3. Add low-gluten flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and mix well

4. Add almonds and mix well

5. Knead the long strips and seal them with plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

6. Freeze for 30 minutes and remove the slices (while preheating the oven)

7. Pat in the baking dish

8. Put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes

9. Baked and delicious
