Almond Cocoa Shortbread

Prepare the ingredients

Soften the butter, add egg yolk, powdered sugar, and beat with a whisk until smooth

Add low-gluten flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and mix well

Add almonds and mix well

Knead the long strips and seal them with plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
