Almond Cookies

The butter is softened at room temperature in advance, and then beaten up with an electric whisk

Add granulated sugar and continue beating until it is puffy and the color is slightly white

Add the egg yolks one by one, mix well and add the next one

Add sifted low-gluten flour and cornstarch, mix well until no dry powder is visible, prepare chopped almonds

Finally, add the cut almonds and gently form a dough, then divide the dough into 2 parts into plastic wrap and roll into a cylindrical shape, then put it in a mold and smooth it.

Put it in the refrigerator together with the mold for an hour, take it out, soften it a bit, and cut into slices

Put the cut biscuit dough on a non-stick cloth and start to preheat the oven at 170 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes
