Using this kind of almonds to make biscuits has a salty and salty fragrance. If you eat a few more pieces, you don’t feel greasy. The biscuits are quite crispy. I have no regrets on the road to baking, because these biscuits are definitely not available outside the supermarket

Ingredients

Almond Cookies

1. The butter is softened at room temperature in advance, and then beaten up with an electric whisk

2. Add granulated sugar and continue beating until it is puffy and the color is slightly white

3. Add the egg yolks one by one, mix well and add the next one

4. Add sifted low-gluten flour and cornstarch, mix well until no dry powder is visible, prepare chopped almonds

5. Finally, add the cut almonds and gently form a dough, then divide the dough into 2 parts into plastic wrap and roll into a cylindrical shape, then put it in a mold and smooth it.

6. Put it in the refrigerator together with the mold for an hour, take it out, soften it a bit, and cut into slices

7. Put the cut biscuit dough on a non-stick cloth and start to preheat the oven at 170 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes
