Almond Cookies

Chop the cooked almonds and soften the butter. Mix all the ingredients with your hands.

Take an appropriate amount and fill it into the cake mold, and hammer it firmly with a clean hammer.

Tap the edge of the cake mold to pop the cake out and buckle it upside down on the baking tray.

Put it into the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes at 325 degrees Fahrenheit (160 degrees Celsius). The edges of the cake will slightly change color.
5.
Very fragrant and crispy, keep it cool and airtight.
Tips:
It would be better to use peeled mung bean flour. I use mung bean flour with skin, some of which are greenish in color.
