Almond Fernance

Prepare the required materials.

Mix the egg whites with sugar and honey.

Whisk with a manual whisk until coarse bubbles appear.

Mix almond flour and low-gluten flour.

Sift into the whipped egg white.

Stir evenly.

Heat butter over low heat.

Turn off the heat when the surface of the butter liquid starts to appear brown and boiling foam.

Filter out the butter residue.

Add to the batter after cooling slightly, and mix well again.

Put the mixed batter into the piping bag.

Squeeze into the gold brick mold, about 8 minutes full.

Sprinkle almond slices on the surface.

Put it into the preheated oven at 190 degrees, the middle layer, about 8 minutes, the surface will be slightly golden.

Take out the oven to cool and demould.
Tips:
Do not stir the batter in circular motions, just stir evenly. The batter will expand when it is baked, so squeeze the batter until it is 8 minutes full.
