There are almonds at home and no one wants to eat them. I don’t want to throw them away because they are about to expire. They were delicious when I used them to make biscuits today.

Almond Matcha Cookies

2. Soften the butter, add in powdered sugar and mix well

3. Add a spoonful of eggs and mix well, then add the assortment and almonds

4. Mix well

5. Shaping, put it in a fresh-keeping bag, put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour

6. Cover the baking tray with greased paper, slice the frozen dough, put it in the oven at 160 degrees, middle level, and bake for about 20 minutes
