Almond Oat Milk Stewed Egg

Beat the eggs into a bowl and add sugar.

Beat evenly.

Pour in the milk and mix well again.

After filtering once, cover with plastic wrap and pierce a few small holes on the surface.

Put it in a steamer and steam on medium heat for 15 minutes.

Put the oatmeal and almond flakes in a tin foil tray, bake in the middle of a preheated 220 degree oven for 2 to 3 minutes, and sprinkle on the surface of the stewed egg.
Tips:
The bowl I use is relatively deep, if it is a small bowl, reduce the steaming time.
