Almond Tiles
1.
Add fine sugar to the egg whites and stir well.
2.
Then add the melted butter and mix well.
3.
Sift in low-gluten flour and mix well.
4.
Add the almond flakes and mix well with a rubber spatula. The almond flakes are easy to break and need to be stirred slowly. The batter after mixing is kept in the refrigerator overnight.
5.
Then take it out, use a spoon to dig a spoon on the tarp-covered baking pan, and wipe it out according to the shape you like, and spread it into a thin piece.
6.
Put it in the middle of the preheated oven and bake it at 130 degrees for 13 minutes. After taking it out, if you need to bend it, use a rolling pin to gently roll it. If it is rolled, it needs to be rolled while it is hot, and it will be very crisp when it is cooled.
Tips:
This is no trick. The only thing you need to pay attention to is the temperature of the oven. According to the temperature of your oven, it is generally baked until the edges are browned and the middle is a little bit colored. It is almost the same, because it is too thin and needs to be observed at all times. Crisp means that the baking time is not enough, you can put it in the oven for another minute or two.
