Almond Tofu

Prepare the materials.

The agar is soaked in 200 ml of cold water.

Stir the almond flour with 200 ml of cold water.

The agar is soaked until it becomes soft and swollen.

Put the agar and water in a small pot and heat until the agar melts.

Pour the milk and heat it to a boil.

Pour in the almond paste and stir well until it boils.

Add rock sugar.
9.
Turn off the heat until the rock sugar melts.

Pour it into a fresh-keeping box covered with plastic wrap, and let it cool in the refrigerator until it solidifies.

Sugar osmanthus, honey and a little warm water.
12.
Pour on the cut almond tofu.
Tips:
Almonds enter the lungs and the large intestine meridian. It can reduce qi and resolve phlegm, relieve cough and asthma, moisten the intestines and relieve bowel movements, and can treat cough due to exogenous intestines, dry intestines and constipation.
