Almond Tofu

Soak the agar in water to soften it.

Soak the sliced almonds in water.
3.
Add 1000ML water and almond flakes to the food processor.

Sift the beaten almond pulp into the pot, add white sugar.

Add milk powder.

Stir well and bring to a boil for 2 minutes, then remove from heat.

Boil the agar with 500ml water on low heat until it melts.

Sift and add to the almond paste cooked in step 6.

Pour into the mold and cool to form. It is better to put it in the refrigerator after cooling for 2 hours.

After forming, it is demoulded and buckled upside down on the chopping board. Cut into small pieces.

Add honey, a little boiled water and boil the sweet-scented osmanthus sugar.
12.
Fill a bowl, pour in sweet-scented osmanthus sugar and enjoy.
Tips:
1. The almond milk should be sieved, and the almond tofu will be more delicate.
2. When cooking agar, use chopsticks to stir constantly.
3. The agar water must be sieved, because a little agar will not melt sufficiently.
4. You can pour into rock sugar water for consumption, or add fruit diced.
