Winter is here, I am looking forward to a warm breakfast in the morning. I accidentally tried the homemade black sesame paste. The main purpose is to eat more nuts. I didn’t expect the effect to replenish the brain. The effect is surprisingly good and you can smell it just after grinding. The tangy fragrance is very simple and it can be preserved once and brewed at any time, which is very convenient."

Almond Walnut Black Sesame Paste

1. 30 grams of walnuts and almonds

2. 30 grams of black sesame seeds

3. 40 grams of glutinous rice flour

4. Stir-fry walnuts and almonds, add black sesame seeds and fry until fragrant

5. Stir-fried walnuts, almonds, and black sesame seeds are placed in a bowl to cool. Add appropriate amount of sugar according to personal preference. I put a large spoonful of brown sugar

6. Stir-fry the glutinous rice flour over low heat, about 15 minutes

7. Let the fried glutinous rice flour cool, mix it with the cooked nuts, brown sugar, etc., put it in the food processor (I used the powdering function of the juicer), and grind it into a powder. The fragrance is tangy~

8. Pour in and start brewing, usually 3-5 times, depending on whether you like it thinner or thicker.

9. It's very, very delicious, and it's not nutritious!
