Fried Rice with Walnuts, Vegetables and Eggs

Prepare ingredients. Carrots, red peppers, yellow peppers, and shiitake mushrooms are all diced and set aside.

Chop walnuts and chop green onions. 1 egg and 1 bowl of leftover rice

Put oil in the pan and scramble the egg liquid.
You can put more oil to make the eggs looser.
Stir-fry and serve.

Tips:
1. Nuts can be added walnuts, almonds... Nuts should be chopped a bit. \n2. If you don't like chili, you can replace it.
