Alternative Way to Eat ------ Fermented Bean Curd and Oyster Mushroom

All ingredients are ready.

Tear the oyster mushrooms into small pieces, wash, remove, squeeze out the water, and set aside.

Wash the rapeseed and set aside.

Heat the wok, add a proper amount of cooking oil, add green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Pour the oyster mushrooms and stir fry quickly.

Stir-fry for about 2 minutes. After the oyster mushrooms are out of water, pour an appropriate amount of red fermented bean curd juice.

Stir fry for about 1 minute.

Pour the rapeseed and stir fry.

Stir-fry for about 1 minute, add chicken essence and mix well, then turn off the heat and serve.
Tips:
1. Stir fry the whole process. Don't fry for a long time, otherwise the oyster mushrooms will get old and taste bad.
