Amaranth and Lychee

Wash the amaranth and cut short.

Remove the outer shell and inner core of the lychee.

Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot and fry the amaranth first.

Add a little salt.

Add lychees and stir fry together.

Finally add some water, boil for a while, out of the pot.
