Amaranth Cake

Wash the amaranth and leave the tender stems

Cut into sections, stir-fry in oil, not too cooked, add salt
3.
I use the noodles, so wake up the noodles in advance

It can be wrapped in any shape and fried in an electric baking pan. The mother-in-law is fried, a little more oily.
Tips:
The right amount of salt for cooking is slightly saltier than the vegetable, not too weak. Just leave the noodles awake two hours in advance.
